Ordered 2 pairs of boots but they were never delivered. A photo of where they were delivered showed they were sent to the wrong address and left at a closed front door by Royal mail. I tried called Mozimo at 5.30pm and the call reang for ages before being cut off. So I have emailed them twice a week ago and no reply. I have now claimed a refund from Paypal but need to wait 21 days. The boots were a present for my wifes anniversary so I'm not at all happy.

I am thrilled with my boots however I was disappointed with the length of time I had to wait for delivery of my purchase. The parcel appeared to have spent four days in Northampton . It took over a week to reach me.

I have just spent £11.15 to return a pair of £85 boots that don’t fit, via Royal Mail. The packaging you sent was torn and unusable. For those reasons I won’t be ordering from you again.

The shoes I ordered from Mo Zi Mo Gabor Patsy size 5G were too small fitting which I have returned to exchange for a larger size 6G. I am still waiting to receive the the larger size.

I have just ordered a Pair of Baker Shoes size 9 you have sent size 10, Not very happy that l now have to send them back at my cost

I placed an order on 17/8. I have been tracking it since 21/8 and the French postal service has had no updates whatsoever since then. I contacted you yesterday for news & no response. Today the boots were in my letterbox (I never signed for anything) and the French postal website still has not updated their tracking information since 21/8...ie. still not delivered.

This was my first and will be my last experience of shopping with Mozimo. The shoes that I received were faulty - with a scratch on one and a lumpy inner sole and the other had an inner sole that was not stuck down properly (so lifted up as I pulled my foot out). The shoes were very badly packed with no care, with half of the packing either not in (ie, still in the box) or missing - so clearly the shoes were a return (the soles were dirty) and they were not checked or repacked before sending out again. The box was wrapped so tightly in plastic and with so much tape that, however I opened the plastic, I would not be able to reuse this to send the shoes back, meaning I had to find some more plastic - surely we should be trying to recycle plastic? Mozimo only had to provide a resealable bag to do this like Asos do and this would be hardly any extra cost, especially considering the huge profit they are making on their expensive, poor quality shoes. The returns label was not a tracked returns, despite the parcel being sent out as tracked meaning that I felt that they only cared about their side of the delivery and that my side was not important to them. I did phone to query this and was told that if the shoes went missing, then I just had to provide proof of posting but by not using tracked returns means that Mozimos costs go up due to increased theft at the postal office. That means we pay more than we should do - and I can see that with the boots I ordered, this was clearly the case as the quality did not match the price. I actually quite liked the shoes but was shocked at the quality considering the price I'd paid and so have been deterred from re-ordering because it's clear that Mozimo really doesn't care about customer service or quality. Sorry it's such a negative review although I would like to finish on a positive note - the customer service rep that I spoke to on the phone when I was querying why no tracked returns label was friendly.

Although it said in decription that these boots were wide fitting I could not get my foot into them. I have returned them you requesting one size larger and hope to hear back from you very soon.

My shoes were received by Mozimo on 11/09/18 and I still haven't had a refund on 15/09/18!!!

Hi Philippa - Thanks for your feedback, and apologies for your frustration. It is a particular busy period for us at the moment, and as stated within our T&Cs it can take up to 5 working day for the refund to hit your account dependent on your bank. Apologies again. Team Mozimo

Item was ordered a week ago. Still hasn't arrived! I made contact a few days after ordering to be informed the item hadn't been available at the processing location and had to be sourced from another of their stores. Good customer service would have kept me informed of this sooner. I was told it would be delivered by royal mail signed for, and given an arrival date for the item. Still haven't got it! Very disappointed as the item was ordered for a birthday gift and subsequently had to purchase something additional, whilst I await the item.

The "poor" is just for the shoes as the Customer Service, ordering, delivery etc were excellent! The shoes, such a beautiful and graceful design but not thought through. The sling is too long and really works like a sling. You make a step, your heel lifts and then the sandal, pulled by the "sling" makes a clapping or flapping noise like a slipper or flip-flop. Not very elegant. Big disappointment and just to think, the sandals come in so many colours...

Not impressed - 2012 stock (i.e. 3 years old) and already starting to pull apart at seams (after 2 weeks). Leather sections are cracking. Cheap but nasty
