Received confirmation that my order was ready to be dispatched. Shortly after received another email to say that my order didn't pass quality control so therefore was cancelled. Very disappointing. Although did receive a full refund almost immediately which was great

The boots ordered and arrived ok. But the zip on the left boot was faulty and would not budge, so I had no choice but to send them back. I am annoyed that I had to pay £9 for return postage. Check them before sending out? Won’t buy from you again.

I purchased a pair of slippers at £34.99 and postage delivery cost £3.99. Unfortunately the slippers were too big, so it cost a further £4 to return them. That amounts to £8 costs without a purchase.

I was thrilled to see that some of the shoe brands such as Peter Kaiser and Gabor were available in a local shop, Mozimo. I found the staff helpful, but they didn't know about offers on the website and so I was refused the 30% discount on a pair of shoes I had in mind (discount for carers / NHS) giving me 10%. I felt embarrassed as it was if I was making it up and struggled to afford the shoes with just the 10%. As you're doing so well online, it would be good if the staff were made aware / made themselves aware of the offers and activity on the website, so that the in-store experience is as positive (it should be better!). I still haven't bought the shoes, although I'm umming and aahing about them - the discount is well-gone and I'm not sure I want to return to my local store.

Prompt delivery after ordering. However I have returned them by Royal Mail tracked service and have not had an an email confirming receipt and advising when I should receive my refund.

Initial purchase was OK. Shoes arrived promptly. However I have since returned the shoes requesting an exchange for a half size smaller (shoes posted first class Monday 12 July) and have not heard from Mozimo at all about this. Hence only 3 stars.

The boots are perfect but I was disappointed by Mozimo who did not send an email confirming purchase until I enquired 48 hours later ( it was not in my junk folder as they suggested) I had to email again a week later when the date of expected delivery had been and gone and was told the original pair had gone missing and they would send a replacement. Replacement pair arrived a day or two later but I am very unimpressed by Mozimo's lack of proactive communication

Ordered on 2nd january 2020.. No contact from them other than an acknowledgement of order and nothing to indicate anything has been despatched yet. Finally arrived 16th January. Customer services were very helpful

Bag dimensions and descriptions were very accurate, but, unfortunately the colour was not. Looked like a tan leather in the images, and I would never have ordered an orange leather bag. However, kept it because of design. Time too tight to send it back and find another dressy backpack.

Nice selection of shoes but my order never arrived. After 10 days waiting and no order progress on my account on the web site I emailed, then phoned - twice. After a few more hours I received an email saying that the shoes must have been lost in the post and a refund would be made. Very suspicious because they did not say when the shoes had been posted and I noticed at the time of ordering that the shoes were out of stock everywhere else. Very disappointing and annoying because I need the shoes for a holiday and I now only have 5 days to choose and source some.
