Previously the service has been good. This time sadly it has not. I ordered a pair of shoes on over a week ago & had confirmation & payment taken. Yesterday I received an email advising a 'problem' with stock and that a refund had been made. When I checked the website the shoes were still in stock. No further explanation followed my email responses. Disappointed!

I understood from the website that I didn't have to sign for the delivery. When ordering, I was asked to specify a "safe place" to leave my order, which I did. However, the package had to be signed for. As a result, I didn't receive my order in time for when I needed it.

Hi Breda Thank you for your feedback and review. You are correct in what you say, in that when ordering you are given the option to state a 'safe place' to which you may wish your delivery to be left, and this is correct across our standard and Next Day Service. Looking at you're order, you purchased our next day delivery service, which does requires a signature, as it is a guaranteed service before 1pm...we agree that this can be slightly confusing in conjunction with the 'safe place' option, so apologise for any convenience caused by this. Shoes great as expected, price better than other internet sources. But immensely irritating to be sent emails about not having completed a purchase, and do I need help? It makes me hesitant to browse if I can expect to be inundated with patronising emails as a result.

I am very happy with the product but delivery was slow. Ordered 25th June arrived 3rd July. I would use Mozimo again but only if a faster delivery was included.

Very good delivery service but the shoe was described as Taupe, when they arrived they were silver!

Only used online as the shoes were not in stock in Chester, I useually buy from the store. Thought home delivery would sve me another trip in. Tracking useful to know when parcel was being delivered. However - Shoe box arrive completely CRUSHED but shoes inside were ok. The shoes pinched slightly so I returned them to a shop, useful option to know they got back safely.

The product is good quality. However the 'fitflop size guide' provided on the site isn't accurate in my opinion. Although I printed it correctly as instructed, the fitflops still seemed to be about 2cm big. This seemed to be the only problem with the product, but otherwise very good quality and comfortable. These would be ideal for walking on holiday and beach wear. May look slightly chunky on the foot, but this depends on your opinion. Regarding the service, the package arrived in good timing as said. However, I think they should have arrived in a box rather than a bag as this resulted in the invoice being crumpled with the free returns sticker stuck to the inside of the bag. Also, the wrong colour was sent for one of the pairs I ordered.

Hi Nicole, Thank you very much for your feedback, and moving forward we will look at more appropriate ways to package our fitflops for delivery. For the style you did order we did not receive them in to our warehouse in Fitflop branded boxes, as not all styles do come with the standard box. We apologise for the error within your order also, and we hope our customer services team provided you with an adequate solution to this issue.

My shoes arrived quickly and were exactly what I wanted.However, when I placed my order by phone I asked for a note to be put on delivery details to leave parcel at adjacent shop if no one home. This wasn't done and I had to go to the sorting office to collect..

I have placed order N 18948 dated 27/08. However, I haven't recieved any information regarding the shipment. Moreover I got the email that the order cannot be fulfilled. I'd love to have either the order delivered or the money refunded. Best regards, Irina Karagozian
