Because of the weight and value returning two pairs of boots cost over £13 at the post office!!!! I'll only ever use free return companies in future. Hopeless if you want to try a few pairs and in different sizes.

I ordered two pairs of Ecco boots which were delivered quickly, however they didn't fit so I began a return. No-where on the site does it say that you have to pay for returns but I understand that not everyone offers that so took them to the post office. I was told that because of the weight and the value it would cost over £13 to return!!!! I will only ever use companies that offer free returns in future. It is short sighted of them to operate in this way.

My item has not been delivered! I did not get refunded and MOZIMO has stopped communicate with me. Unbeliaveble! Very very bad experience!

In 05/02 I have ordered and paid the winter boots, on 12/03 I do not have neither the boots nor the refund. Communication with the Customer Service is poor - the last email is from 28/02 - I am definitely not ordering anything from your shop!

Do not buy anything from this shop. They have terrible customer service. I have been waiting for my refund for 2 weeks now. I wrote them a couple of emails, which is absolutely useless because they never answer. I called them too. They promised me to do refund and to send confirmation yesterday. As you understand I still have got nothing. I called again today. They tell you same rubbish. If I don’t get anything till evening I am going to speak with them differently. I will go to my bank to cancel transaction and then involve government organs to check their company.

We do advise it can take up to 14 working days for a refund to be processed, and then further advise it can take 3-5 working days for refunds to clear dependent on the bank you use. I asked Mozimo to exchange the purchase. Sent the shoes back 10 days ago following their instructions. Since than: no replacement arrived, no refund issued either. No reply to my emails. I feel they just robbed me. What do i do next?

Ordered some 'in stock' shoes on 13th August, order confirmation received, money deducted from my paypal account, and yet no shoes have arrived (20th September). Heard nothing from the company regarding any problems, so I've sent 2 messages to them, and still not heard a thing!

Ordered shoes 7/8/19 and have not received them. No update from Royal Mail since 9/8/19 Rang Mozimo 15/8/19 who were supposed to get back to me - nothing! Not impressed at all!!!

I have been trying to get in touch with you since 2 weeks. Nobody has replied back yet! I sent you back the shoes I want exchanged. Per the tracking number, you received them on 5.16.2019. So far I have not received the exchanged ones!!! Nor am I being refunded!!!!! If you do not want to talk to your customers and do not want to send them a product, at leats give me my money back!!!!! What a service!!! Terrible experience and $140 behind..... Ahh, if i had known you would treat me like that, I would have never purchased anything from you. Simply DISASTER!

I can see you were emailed on the 25th, the day after your order to inform you that a fault with your order had been discovered during dispatch inspection, and unfortunately we didn't have a replacement. A full refund was immediately issued , and a gesture of good will discount code was also sent to you for future use. I have been asked by Mozimo to write a review about shoes that have not even been delivered. I have been refunded the one day delivery charge and am now 3 days beyond the original standard delivery date. I have not been told that they have even been dispatched.

Because you haven't, we have now reordered a pair for you from the brand and they of course will be with you ASAP.
