“A friend of mine was delivering furniture to a very smart Knightsbridge property and was finalising the paper work with the Lady of the house. The pair of them stood in the hallway which was beautifully decorated. Hand made wall paper, subtle lighting and a medium pile white carpet covering the floor. Her young Spaniel appeared in the doorway and sat on the carpet. The dog then pulled itself across the carpet the entire length of the hallway with its front legs whilst remaining in the sitting position. With its rear end now clean and leaving the white medium pile less so the Spaniel happily trotted off. My friend accepted the paper work from the Lady of the house and left.”
