“James was very kind and helped me to get through the process. I found him clear and understood everything. I find these reviews a bit taxing but his easy manner made it seem much quicker than usual . Unlike when I visit a health professional he had read all my details and knew all about my account before we started. He rang on time as well. Thankyoiu James you did a good job today😊”
