“All good, very helpful and hopefully the actions mentioned today will be processed and my account will be paid in full next month. However, you do not get a response when raising a query through the portal, I have tried on many occasions, this is a major flaw, people may be reaching out to you and maybe they don’t want to talk on the phone just yet, you need to address the no response on the portal quite urgently I feel.”
