“I was feeling stressed, anxious with a very low mood, I got to speak with Ric and Kyle, both were kind and understanding and made me feel at ease, It's a terrible feeling of losing control of your finances, but even though being in that situation I can see small glimmer of light at the end of the tunnel. Thank you”
