“I was really nervous waiting for the review call but there was no need to be it was absolutely fine. I’m so sorry I was so nervous I forgot the reviewers name however he was so lovely to reassure me explaining everything as we covered all the detail's. Thank you”

“Dear sirs just wanted to say that the service provided today by my account manager Kia was outstanding. He went through everything and put my mind at ease and i know don't feel to stressed about the whole thing. “Phil was extremely helpful, very thorough and caring during the call. I feel like I have had a weight lifted off my shoulders with the help of a debt management plan.
