“The only reason I have marked good and not very good is that before a review as I have recently had, you could issue a form for our use to list down all up to date figures of income and expenditure and info we think may be relevant. I cannot fault the way your representative dealt with me, as he explained everything applicable very clearly so that I could fully understand the situation.He was most kind sympathetic, helpful and understanding. “After my review today, I have a better understanding on how to clear my debts quickly. Advised that I could speak with the creditors and arrange paying them direct which I did not no I could do. I therefore made a call and cleared one of my debts fully.”
