“Very easy to deal with, responds quickly to email questions. Although, in my case, my item was valued at less due to failing battery in the phone, they did make an offer, or to return. So i was happy. Have used before, and would use again”

“A simple, swift process. Had to wrap and send phone in my own packaging which is different from other service providers who will send it for free. But, did get a prepaid postage/adress label fromthem to use so not a big deal. I did have the - probably inevitable - disappointing knock back about the quality of the phone. There was a claim that there were scratches on the back case adn therefore, reduced the offer accordingly. But I think you'd need a high powered magnifying glass to have spotted it on the 4 year old phone that had never been taken out of its heavy duty protective case it was put it the day it was purchased.”

“Was offered £135 for my phone which in my opinion was of really good standard. I received an email to say my phone wasn’t of the standard I had described and my offer was reduced by a huge amount to £78 which I feel was shocking to take of around £50 for a few light marks on the back of the device. These companies always do this sort of thing and it’s pretty disgusting when devices are of really good standard and they can decide to drop the price to whatever they want.”
