“Although there were some minor problems - delay caused by matching up tracking and order number, the overall experience was excellent. The customer service staff responded in a timely fashion and were very helpful in resolving the problem. Payment was very quick - always welcome! I would definitely recommend this company to sell your tech. They have raised the bar for customer experience.”

“I sold a Garmin Watch, which I believed to be in good condition. Upon receipt, Money 4 My Tech downgraded the condition to “Average” and reduced their offer by approximately £30. This was of course within their rights. I declined this offer, expecting the watch to be returned. However, a few days later, I received an email from them, resulting in an increased offer by about £15. I agreed to sell at this point, as the hassle of re-listing elsewhere wasn’t worth it. However, the increased offer (after my initial decline) made me question why their initial reduction was so significant. Was the condition of the watch really as bad as claimed. This is the first time I’ve used such a service and not felt confident in the final price I received, hence the 3 star rating. Other than this, their systems worked well and quickly. Darrell, who renegotiated the offer, was polite and prompt in his communication.”

“As this was my first time using this company I was nervous in trading in my device. I have to say the service was amazing. It’s been the quickest and easiest transaction from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family and will use them again if I need to trade in any tech”

“Once a final price was agreeed all was good and the money was in my bank account within hours but be prepared to haggle. The offer I got when sending my device was revised down by almost 60% but when I asked for the device to be returned (the charger alone is almost worth what was offered) they made a new offer that was 30% less and I accepted. I've sugggested they allow customers to upload photos as I could have sent screenshots of the screen, which apparently was the issue but nothig was evident to me.”

“I had an old gaming laptop that i wanted to sell. Many other online tech selling sites were not interested in it. Money4mytech offered me a really good price, had fast, pre paid shipping, and then paid the money direct into my bank account the same day they received the laptop. Very happy with the service and will absolutely use again in the future.”
