“They said there was scratches on the phone when there wasn’t as phone had always had a screen protector on it all the time. So they changed the condition from good to average . Which dropped the price massively. Will not be using this company again due to this.”

“Easy to use service. Sent in an old Lenovo Laptop, was quoted £30 for it. On their inspection they considered it worth £5. Using the quotation form online isn't very clear with regards to what the company and the user deem satisfactory / good / perfect condition... Clearly what I considered 'good' the company did not and docked £25 for it. Either way money was in my account very quickly... And I guess I can treat myself to a coffee..”
