“I would have gave five stars for ease of use and quick payment however.. I sold a brand new item never taken out of a sealed box, yet they said it wasn't as described in terms of condition and took about ten percent off the offer once they received it. I hope this isn't a regular tactic for people to just give in for the sake of wasting time. But an easy service to use.”

“Follows standard process for all these phone recyclers. They offer a reasonable quotation price but when you send them the device they always "find" something wrong and offer a much lower price. Stand your ground and reject the low offers if you know your device was in better condition than they say. Negotiate a revised offer or ask for the device to be returned. My £50 quote went down to £23 then up to £36 then up to £40 when I declined the offers. It's a game.”

“Great service from this company, I had issues with getting the postage label so they sent me a new link to post my item via a different method.
