Returned it. Way too small for a first holy communion. Fine for a baby but not for an 8/9 yr old. It shouldn’t be included in the search criteria for first holy communion.

Dear Julia Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry the bracelet did not fit. The bracelet is 17cms in full length, and therefore it is larger in size than most children's jewellery sizes found in the industry. Of course everybody's bone structure is different and so we offer a Will it Fit? guide on the website so that customers can check sizing before they order. We hope this information has been helpful. The products are lovely and the packaging is beautiful. No need to order gift wrap as the packaging is just perfect. However, the after sales is poor. I received no confirmation email (on either of my 2 purchases) and my email to them on this matter was ignored. Can’t fault the products though. Quite lovely!

Disappointed with the assay/hallmark on the silver heritage baby bangle I purchased from yourselves last week. Not even distinguishable with a magnifying glass. Would appreciate an explanation please.

Little bit disappointed with quality of purchase. I feel a lot of the price went towards fancy packaging rather than the quality of the gift.

The product was fantastic. Service not great. I sent an email about the fact I’d paid for next day delivery but didn’t receive the product the next day, with no response. For that reason alone, I rate it low.

She liked the bracelet, but i was VERY disappointed that it arrived with the gift wrap just tossed in, a copy of the bill!!! I bought it as a gift for my granddaughter's 13 Birthday in the US and was not happy that it arrived unwrapped! No billing info should have been included???

Dear Marlene We are very pleased that your granddaughter was delighted with her jewellery. I have checked your order and the option to gift wrap your present was not selected, even though you were sending the gift directly to the gift recipient. The option is available as you checkout and we also offer the option of adding a personal gift message . When this option is selected, no paperwork is ever included in the parcel. I confess I was disappointed with the bracelet, the halo was very small and the bracelet generally rather frail looking. it might be okay for a 13year old but not for an 18 year old.
