“I give Molly Brown 5 stars. They genuinely put there customers first. Had to speak to customer service and they sorted my issue straight away.”

Hello. We have looked into this and can see that we did respond to all of your emails and a full email conversion with you took place. The jewellery in the collections is hallmarked sterling silver and so it would be very unusual for it to turn black after one wear. We are still happy very happy to support you with this matter but have not received a Return from you. “I have now purchased over 10 different items children's and adults goods, I think that is enough to say I am more then happy with the different products and excellent service and packaging Molly Brown provide. I normally order on line but once I needed a present quickly I phoned they were more then helpful”
