“The products are lovely and the packaging is beautiful. No need to order gift wrap as the packaging is just perfect. However, the after sales is poor. I received no confirmation email (on either of my 2 purchases) and my email to them on this matter was ignored. Can’t fault the products though. Quite lovely!”
