“The communication and delivery was prompt. In fact earlier than expected. However, I did sign up for future communications which would have given me a 10% discount which wasn’t applied? I’m more than happy with the quality of the bracelet I bought for my granddaughter’s christening and the special packaging it came with. She had a couple of pieces of jewellery but the bracelet was the one she wanted on,(she’s 2), which delighted us even more. I would say I am likely to use Molly Brown in the future. 😊”

“I was so happy and excited when this beautiful locket arrived just in time for my granddaughters 1st Communion, she loved everything about it, even down to the beautiful packaging. The customer service was excellent and I couldn’t believe how quick it took to arrive in Australia. This is my second purchase with Molly Brown and it won’t be my last!!!”

“I ordered a chin with a locket, the locket was a bit like tin, not very good quality at all. And you don't add a photo to the locket which isn't convenient. The necklace was too expensive for the quality i was very disappointingin that. On the plus side packaging was lovely and the bracket was better quality.”

“I Have bought a good number of items from Molly Brown for my granddaughters over several years. Everything comes exactly as it is described and is extremely well packaged. Items have to travel from England to Australia and they arrive within a reasonable time frame and in perfect condition. Would highly recommend”
