“Bought earrings for my Niece’s 13th birthday. I haven’t sent her them yet but I’m sure she will love them. And I love the box they came in together with the gift bag. Very classy”

“Very happy. Bracelet for my baby girl arrived, engraving was perfect absolutely beautiful. I initially had an issue and customer service got in contact with me and quickly rectified the problem I had. My bracket was shipped quickly and is now ready to put under the tree. Thank you so much!”

Please do get in touch with us, as we would be happy to look into this for you. It would be very unlikely that an order with an engraving request was sent without the engraving, as the processes we have in place are fully automated. “I ordered a baby bracelet for my granddaughter. It was very easy to place my order and choose engraving too. When it arrived the gift packaging and bows were all included. The bracelet is such good quality, something that she can treasure.”
