“I am new to Molly Brown London and just ordered my first item. Everything about Molly Brown is outstanding from the quality to the ease of ordering and the how fast I received my item. “Customer service was amazing. I had thought I completed my order on my end but had not completed the final step. They were able to quickly check records on their end. I have since completed my order and it shipped so quickly and was packaged beautifully. I cannot wait for my daughter to see it on her first communion day!”

“What a wonderful experience I had with Molly Brown. I was having difficulty personalising an item which I was purchasing so I contacted them via email. They replied immediately with a contact number. What a very pleasant surprise I got when I rang. The phone call was on a one to one basis, no pressing buttons, no background noise distraction, it was incredible, and the young lady with whom I spoke with was very polite, friendly and supportive. She was lovely 😊 I would definitely highly recommend Molly Brown's to anyone”

“I ordered a bracelet shortly before Christmas to be delivered at my friends place. I checked the tracking that the parcel has been delivered even if my friends were not home during Christmas (assumed that the parcel has been put in the letter box…). When my friends came back from holidays (mid-January), they checked their letter box and there was no parcel. We contacted Molly Brown but they told us that is was too late because we should have sent a complain before a 7-day period…. They were not helpful at all in trying to track the parcel, did not offer an alternative. Very bad experience overall…”
