“Beautiful bracelet, but the name on the side is disapppointing, stamped on and not engraved. Very hard to read! Disappointed!”

We are so sorry to hear you are disappointed with the quality of the engraving on the jewellery. We do not stamp the jewellery, we use top of the range industry engraving machines and have invested heavily in the optimisation of the engraving. “The bracelet was a Christening Present for my niece Cara. Everyone loved the bracelet. It was beautifully packaged and the bracelet itself is of a high standard. My brother and sister-in-law were over the moon when they saw it. Little Cara wore it on her Christening Day.”

“Molly Brown were absolutely fantastic when I recently bought a bracelet for my daughter and somehow it broke on the chain. When I contacted them, they requested a photo which I sent and to my surprise they sent my daughter a whole new bracelet which she loves - loves me more for sorting out her problem. I will recommend them 100% of the time”

“My first time ordering from MB and my fingers were crossed. Would the product look like the one on the website? It absolutely does and I would say even better. Quality product, beautiful and just what I was looking for. All the materials for wrapping were included and it arrived unbelievably fast. “I live a very long way from London so I expecting the delivery time to be quite long. I was amazed how quick the delivery was. My local postage service could learn a lot from these people.
