“I give MBL high marks in many areas. Your website was easy to navigate and filled w/ a beautiful assortment of jewelry. The necklace I ordered arrived faster than I thought possible in light of the distance involved. Your communications were friendly and customer oriented. The necklace I purchased for my granddaughter's 6th birthday is lovely w/ one exception. It is the small heart locket w/ her birthstone (citrine). The citrine mounted on the star is teeny tiny to the degree it is challenging to see the citrine. The extremely small size of the stone was not accurately represented on the website, either visually or in your description of the necklace components. Again, the necklace itself is beautiful but the size of the citrine is very disappointing. I would love to hear your thoughts b/c I don't feel I am being unreasonable in expecting a stone that can be seen and recognized. Thank you.”

Dear Mary, Thank you for your recent order with Molly Brown London. As you ordered after the advertised 1pm GMT cut off for dispatch on the 11th the order was processed, and dispatched for you at the earliest on the 12th. The shipping method chosen to your destination country was the free standard delivery for which we quote another 8 business days for delivery after dispatch as indicated on the website, as this does not include weekends this would be the 24th within this timeframe. “I purchased a silver baby bangle for my newborn niece with her birthstone in it and her name added(free of charge for the name.) The bangle is beautiful and very weighty for its size and the inscription is beautifully done. I would definitely recommend Molly Brown London to my friends and family. It comes beautifully packaged too!”

“I was absolutely blown away. The weight and sturdiness of the bracelet was perfect. Unlike most designs of that sort, the silver is thin and weak but this is solid and feels like a real piece of jewellery. I cannot to give it to my daughter for her 1st birthday. A perfect keep sake.”
