“What a wonderful experience I had with Molly Brown. I was having difficulty personalising an item which I was purchasing so I contacted them via email. They replied immediately with a contact number. What a very pleasant surprise I got when I rang. The phone call was on a one to one basis, no pressing buttons, no background noise distraction, it was incredible, and the young lady with whom I spoke with was very polite, friendly and supportive. She was lovely 😊 I would definitely highly recommend Molly Brown's to anyone”

“I ordered a bracelet shortly before Christmas to be delivered at my friends place. I checked the tracking that the parcel has been delivered even if my friends were not home during Christmas (assumed that the parcel has been put in the letter box…). When my friends came back from holidays (mid-January), they checked their letter box and there was no parcel. We contacted Molly Brown but they told us that is was too late because we should have sent a complain before a 7-day period…. They were not helpful at all in trying to track the parcel, did not offer an alternative. Very bad experience overall…”

“I was a little hesitant to make an over seas purchase but after reading the reviews, I decided to take the chance. The infant bracelet is so beautiful, exactly what I had in mind for my granddaughter’s first birthday. The delivery was so incredibly fast and I had it engraved as well. The packaging is so impressive and pretty. I do glad a took the chance on Molly Brown…just beautiful!”

“I ordered a bracelet for my niece's 1st Communion, it was absolutely adorable. I love how it came in a little pouch and gift bag along with care instructions. Definitely going to be purchasing from Molly Brown London in the future. Shipping was also really fast, which was a nice surprise. :)”
