“I really appreciated the personal touch of Molly Brown. Nothing was too much trouble for them and when I rang to sort a problem out, a human being picked up the phone immediately - no automated phone system:) Thank you. I have yet to see the jewellery but my son has said it arrived beautifully wrapped and said it was lovely:)”
