“Was very happy with the all terrain wheel chair. It came on the day and time slot as promised. Disappointed that I could not pay over the phone (understand the reasons)
When I called to enquire and confirm delivery dates before ordering ( I was due to take the wheelchair to West Africa so was it was time critical) the man who answered the phone was rather short with me, saying they were in a meeting and could I call customer services later. Not very professional! Hence only 3 stars for customer service”

“We’re really happy with this wheelchair.
We use this for our daughter with Down’s syndrome she’s very heavy but with the mountain bike tyres it makes it so much easier to push on the terrible pavements we have in the country.
I’ve struggled to push her in previous wheelchairs and they don’t feel very robust. I don’t feel like that with this one.
Would recommend this to anyone who needs to be pushed and who is on the larger side.
I feel we can now go anywhere and will be fantastic on holiday.”
“Our item arrived damaged which is nobodys fault but when I contacted the company they just told me to send a photograph to their email, which I did. A week passed and I contacted them again to chase it up and they told me that they hadn't received any email from me. I quoted the exact date and time it was sent and offered to forward the email again. Then no response. I asked if they had received the email and the person I was speaking to said "this isn't my department"”
