Our item arrived damaged which is nobodys fault but when I contacted the company they just told me to send a photograph to their email, which I did. A week passed and I contacted them again to chase it up and they told me that they hadn't received any email from me. I quoted the exact date and time it was sent and offered to forward the email again. Then no response. I asked if they had received the email and the person I was speaking to said "this isn't my department"
