“Bought this for my father who is over 6 foot and wanted something with 'proper wheels' as he felt every bump with his previous two. He loves this, there is only one set back which is the size compared to his/my front door - but we have mastered making it a little thinner in these areas.

I would suggest one thing- foot rest- could you include that in the carrier itself rather than keep a separate part. It is quite bothersome and one can easily forget to bring it along with the carrier

The reason for this design is that the footrest needs to be able to withstand higher weight capacities and to avoid it been damaged or dislodged during use.
