Was very happy with the all terrain wheel chair. It came on the day and time slot as promised. Disappointed that I could not pay over the phone (understand the reasons)
When I called to enquire and confirm delivery dates before ordering ( I was due to take the wheelchair to West Africa so was it was time critical) the man who answered the phone was rather short with me, saying they were in a meeting and could I call customer services later. Not very professional! Hence only 3 stars for customer service
