As far as my experience with M&L is concerned Darol was brilliant. I didn’t go to the
Shop with the intention of buying that day even though I had read just about everything that was available regarding buggies. Then Darol came to my rescue, I felt somewhat sceptical he was just trying to make a sale, but he went to a great deal of trouble to assertain. Why I wanted a buggy and how and where I would use it. I genuinely felt he wanted to be sure if I went ahead to buy one it was as close to meet my needs as possible. I completed the sale that day and took my buggy home. I Have no regrets about the decision I made. I may come over as a pushover but believe me I’m not as many salespeople would confirm.
