Most importantly they listened to my needs and allowed me to try out any scooter that took my fancy. Another important point is they are not pushy I felt comfortable asking questions and they answerd me professionally in a friendly manner. They also allowed me time as I needed. After doing a price comparison I'm also happy with the price I paid. I chose the illusion scooter. Thanks”
