“These towels were a very good price and they say they are 100% cotton but I’m not convinced. They are not as absorbent as you’d expect from cotton and they have also pilled very slightly so I suspect they have a little bit of polyester in them. I’m disappointed”

“I'd never used or heard of MIX.co.uk I was looking for Outsunny rattan 6 seater, corner storage and coffee table in mixed brown, I browsed the internet and found their site and it was quite a lot cheaper than anyone else so I was a little apprehensive, but Paypal was an option so gave them a try. So glad I did, it arrived within 48 hours and was exactly as described. Well done MIX.co.uk, thanks.”

“unfortunately the shed wasn't what we expected.it took four people to assemble and the holes for screws were either not drilled through properly or wouldnt match up no matter what we did. we followed the instructions which werent easy to follow and found it to be not of the quality we expected. All told i'm glad i had my dad there as he knew what to do as he had to drill extra holes otherwise the roof would have leaked.”

“I bought a lovely lamp from Mix.co.uk and unfortunately 3 months later it just stopped working. I emailed customer service to see if there was any chance of me returning and them replacing, but didn't hold out much hope - well how wrong was I! I received a response from Thomas the same day, who asked me to send a video of the lamp not switching on, which I did. I then had an email advising there was no need to return the faulty one and a new one would be posted out that day - I received this the next day and all is working fine! This is a great example of an online retailer providing an exemplary and professional customer service, and showing the perfect way to deal with customers when things go wrong! I really am blown away and I will certainly be buying from here again and will recommend to everyone. A huge thanks to Thomas who is a superstar and a real credit to the company! 👏🏼👏🏼”

“Perfect little composter for a small home such as ours with only limited space for outdoor plants, it's main feature is a drum that rotates, so very practical for mixing and airing the contents that you have added through the slide shutter. Easy to assemble and sturdy.”
