“Requested a personal plate for free on model which was not done, also plastic attachment at bottom of model with no instructions on correct tool to remove. The model itself is a nice quality and very realistic.”

Hi Thanks for your feedback. The free number plates are not applied to the model by us, they come attached to the delivery note you would have receieved with your order. If this is not the case then please do let us know and we can sort that out for you. Typically a Phillips head screwdriver can be used to remove the diecast models from the base by unscrewing the screw on the underneath. “Superb model that had just the effect I hoped for on Christmas morning (my son had just sold his real one he'd had from new to raise a deposit for a house).
