Hi, For products that we have in stock and ready to ship, we display a timer that states when the item would need to be ordered, to arrive for the next working day. For orders totalling under £50, our paid for 2nd, 1st class and next day delivery options are shown and any orders over the value of £50 qualify for free 2nd class post. We're unable to see anywhere that we have advertised free delivery for the product which was ordered by you, the £5.99 was charged as our next day delivery option was selected. “This purchase was for a birthday present. The issue was that the gift card message that arrived with the parcel, was not the message requested - it was for someone different. Therefore, there has been some mix up at the company which caused this error. This is very disappointing and took the edge off the entire gift which was for a 60th Birthday.”
