“This purchase was for a birthday present. The issue was that the gift card message that arrived with the parcel, was not the message requested - it was for someone different. Therefore, there has been some mix up at the company which caused this error. This is very disappointing and took the edge off the entire gift which was for a 60th Birthday.”
