“It is not often that I use Mini-model shop but every time I do their service and professionalism always shines through. On this occasion again without seeking additional assistance they stepped in and helped me with my purchase and supply brilliantly- as I said I may not use them very often but when I do they never disappoint”

“Everything was great, the model arrived in perfect condition, the cardboard part of the package was slightly squished but it didn't matter to me. I have also contacted the customer service in regard of the delivery, but it turned out the delay was due to my local post service, all in all will definitely order again!”

“I had mistakenly ordered 2 of the same thing but contacted them and they very quickly removed one and credited my money back immediately. I order from them a lot as they have quality items ,well packaged and the delivery is very quick. Very pleased with the items and also this time the excellent customer service when it was entirely my fault.”
