“Prompt delivery of this beautifully detailed mini model of a Ferrari F12berlinetta. A friend is soon to be 50 and his dream car is a red Ferrari. So it will be going on the top of his red birthday cake half draped with large racing flag. Then he gets to keep the car afterwards. The doors and bonnet are openable. Arrived perfect including the box and packaging it came in. The price was worth the quality of the car.”

“Very disappointed that the name I requested on the number plate has not been displayed. Due to this fact I have now not given the item as a birthday gift to which it was intended and has been a complete waste of money. I even called to ensure that my order was being made as I requested. Please can someone help resolve the issue. Thank you”

We thank you for taking the time to leave a review although we are disappointed that your shopping experience was not a positive one. We have contacted you direct by phone and by email to explain that we did have an issue with the website at the time you placed your order. Number plate details were not coming through with Gift Wrap orders. We were contacting every customer to ask whether they would like a plate added to the order. We are sorry if this did not happen. We are more than happy to send the number plates to you now and have asked this question in our direct contact to you. We have now managed to resolve the issue with the number plates + gift wrap feature.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We did make contact with you on more than one occasion to explain that your request for a number plate had not come through with your order - we asked you what plate you would like to add to the order. You reply explained that you would like the order sent with or without the plate as you needed it urgently to give as a gift. As you did not explain what plate you wanted to add, we sent the gift urgently without a number plate as this is what you had requested. As soon as you had received the model, you said that you would still ike the plate and you then gave us details of what that plate should be and we sent the plate to you immediately. We hope you can understand that this was a technical issue we had at the time and we did make contact with you more than once to request the missing details.

“This was my very first order and I was quite impressed with the product and prompt service provided. The actual size of the model was larger than expected which was a bonus.
