“I was pleased with the purchase. However, the product was marketed with ability to request a personal number plate. I requested this but product arrived without a personal number plate.”

“This was my very first order and I was quite impressed with the product and prompt service provided. The actual size of the model was larger than expected which was a bonus. “I ordered a Land Rover Defender for my Uncle's birthday and it arrived early enough that I could present it to him. Amazing design, every little intricate detail was there and I was amazed, but what was even better was that my Uncle (Who is a Land Rover enthusiast) was astonished at the detail. I also paid a little extra to have it gift wrapped and bundled in a display stand too, thankfully even the display stand was gift wrapped as well! Beautifully wrapped and a little card was attached to thank us for the purchase. This review however would've been 5 of out 5 stars but unfortunately, the model I ordered did not include the number plate I attached to the order and was slightly disappointed with that. However the model itself was great enough that it didn't really matter. Great product, great design and efficient delivery!”

Hi, thank you for your feedback. We are so sorry that the numberplate was not included in the package. Since your order we have identified a problem with our website when a numberplate is requested with gift wrap. We now try to contact all gift wrap orders to see if a numberplate was requested. We can always send the numberplates to you separately, although we appreciate that this is not as nice as receiving them with the gift. We will make contact with you to resolve this issue.
