“The Mini Fridge is a very presentable appliance. It does however struggle to achieve the 5 degree standard. On the unit I purchased, there is also a pool of water on the bottom of the compartment that requires a regular mop-up. The cause of these issues may be due to the door seal being fitted incorrectly. Mini Fridge reckon the seal is not important. They agreed over phone to refund fully. 20 minutes later I received an email stating they would not honour the refund. So, if you buy one of the Mini Fridges, let's hope you don't have any problems with it. You might not get very good after sales service”

“i did not recieve any confirmation of purchase or an invoice for my records, also when i called the company it took 40 minutes to get through to someone as the answer service just kept cutting me off.”

“The delivery was quick, but the fridge isn't what it claims to be. The fridge was received well packaged, but covered in scratches and looked worn. Also although it is supposedly a quiet fridge at 30db (a whisper) it is louder than the hard-drive of a 20-year old computer- I can hear it over cars passing my window. Definitely not built for being in a bedroom which is in use, unless the fan at the back is covered up! Also the fridge takes forever to cool anything down, so even pointless at its main function. All in all this product has been fairly disappointing!”

“Ordered Friday evening online. Order process on Monday. Delivered first thing Tuesday morning!! Wednesday lunchtime G&T with ice and lemon in the summerhouse! Well done MiniFridge.”

“Fridge arrived and appears to be working well. Website said it would arrive next day. It didn't. It arrived the day after. No email acknowledgement of order. Couldn't get through to customer services on 'existing order' option. Rang back and used 'new order' option. Got through straight away. Sales agent was helpful enough and gave tracking info, but no apology for the delayed shipping. Think this is a 'drop ship' company selling on behalf of another company, so they don't seem to hold their own stock.”

“Ordered 70l fridge at the weekend, arrived Tuesday morning. A piece of plastic trim had been damaged so I contacted MiniFridge & they sent a replacement same day. Perfect size, wine bottles & 1l cartons fit in door and it's quiet.”

“The first Fridge arrived on time but had been damaged in transit. The quality of service was excellent from the Mini Fridge staff who dispatched another Fridge immediately. The Fridge is quiet and is very cold. Thanks for all your attention.”

“It works and keeps my butter and milk cold in my bedroom. Milk keeps for about 4 days which is fine. I want to try it in my car but at 300 watts I have been told it might blow a fuse. If it works in my car I would rate it 5.”
