“Customer Service is a joke with this company. They've delivered the wrong item, not once but twice! They expect me to wait in all day for the wrong item to be collected or take it to the post office and use my own money (with a contribution from them) to return it. I waited in for the first wrong one to be collected but I've now been arguing the toss with them for two weeks, they won't escalate my complaint or provide me with contact details for the directors. I ordered a specific fridge on 29th November, we are now sitting in stalemate as I can't take any more time off until 21st December for them to collect the wrong item (again), and they have my money and won't return it until they have the item back. So basically they are happy for my son to be without his christmas gift - if there was less than one star to award I would. Don't touch them with a bargepole. The measure of a company isn't what they do when things go right, it's what they do when things go wrong. This company expects me, the paying customer, to sort out their mistakes for them. They seem proud of the fact that they are paying for the item to be collected - I wondering who they think should be paying? Me I think.”

“Fridge broke, arranged a collection with them its been 2 weeks since it was arranged and nothing has been collected or replaced. Paid £80 for a small fridge that broke and no one is around to contact... extremely poor Can someone contact me and let me know what is happening”

“The Mini Fridge is a very presentable appliance. It does however struggle to achieve the 5 degree standard. On the unit I purchased, there is also a pool of water on the bottom of the compartment that requires a regular mop-up. The cause of these issues may be due to the door seal being fitted incorrectly. Mini Fridge reckon the seal is not important. They agreed over phone to refund fully. 20 minutes later I received an email stating they would not honour the refund. So, if you buy one of the Mini Fridges, let's hope you don't have any problems with it. You might not get very good after sales service”

“The delivery was quick, but the fridge isn't what it claims to be. The fridge was received well packaged, but covered in scratches and looked worn. Also although it is supposedly a quiet fridge at 30db (a whisper) it is louder than the hard-drive of a 20-year old computer- I can hear it over cars passing my window. Definitely not built for being in a bedroom which is in use, unless the fan at the back is covered up! Also the fridge takes forever to cool anything down, so even pointless at its main function. All in all this product has been fairly disappointing!”

“Ordered Friday evening online. Order process on Monday. Delivered first thing Tuesday morning!! Wednesday lunchtime G&T with ice and lemon in the summerhouse! Well done MiniFridge.”

“Fridge arrived and appears to be working well. Website said it would arrive next day. It didn't. It arrived the day after. No email acknowledgement of order. Couldn't get through to customer services on 'existing order' option. Rang back and used 'new order' option. Got through straight away. Sales agent was helpful enough and gave tracking info, but no apology for the delayed shipping. Think this is a 'drop ship' company selling on behalf of another company, so they don't seem to hold their own stock.”
