The fridge is awesome, but the next day delivery took three days and I had to drive 35 mike's to collect it myself.

I received the fridge as ordered but unfortunately it was smaller than I thought it would be so I sent it back. Unfortunately i hadnt realised that i would have to pay for return and it cost me over 12 pounds to send back

The mini fridge I bought was a good price, with just a couple of small cosmetic marks which is fine as it was a clearance product. Pleased the delivery was free. Shame the courrier, Yodel, left it without getting it signed for, but fortunately no harm done.

We ordered the fridge first thing on Monday for delivery the following Thursday, we took this to be a firm delivery date as your web site states next day delivery and the lady we were dealing with said it was an all day slot, the fridge did not arrive after staying in all day. We rang the next day to be told the fridge was at a delivery firms depot and you had no control on the delivery, after that both you and us agreed to cancel the order and the monies we paid will be returned to us to date we are still waiting

I ordered late afternoon and it was delivered next day. Minifridge kept me fully informed about delivery and gave me a £5 voucher reducing the already competitive price even more.

Customer Service is a joke with this company. They've delivered the wrong item, not once but twice! They expect me to wait in all day for the wrong item to be collected or take it to the post office and use my own money (with a contribution from them) to return it. I waited in for the first wrong one to be collected but I've now been arguing the toss with them for two weeks, they won't escalate my complaint or provide me with contact details for the directors. I ordered a specific fridge on 29th November, we are now sitting in stalemate as I can't take any more time off until 21st December for them to collect the wrong item (again), and they have my money and won't return it until they have the item back. So basically they are happy for my son to be without his christmas gift - if there was less than one star to award I would. Don't touch them with a bargepole. The measure of a company isn't what they do when things go right, it's what they do when things go wrong. This company expects me, the paying customer, to sort out their mistakes for them. They seem proud of the fact that they are paying for the item to be collected - I wondering who they think should be paying? Me I think.

Fridge broke, arranged a collection with them its been 2 weeks since it was arranged and nothing has been collected or replaced. Paid £80 for a small fridge that broke and no one is around to contact... extremely poor Can someone contact me and let me know what is happening
