“Arrived promptly - courier company very efficient when I rang to check if they could tell me what time it would be delivered. Fridge looks very neat, not used yet as purchased for my son going to uni.”

“Ordered fridge to take on holiday,but when arrived was faulty,so had to have it collected on monday i explained that i was going on holiday on the following monday morning and would need it before then as that was the reason for buying the fridge,rang up on thursday as fridge still hadnt arrived to be told that the fridge was still sat on warehouse floor and wouldnt get to me now until monday which was too late so had to get refund,terrible service would not use again”

“The delivery was very quick,and the delivery man couldn't have been more helpful,carrying the freezer up to the second floor for me. The freezer was well-packaged,and there were instructions on the outside of the box as to how to unpack it,which made it clear.”

“Ordered a fridge Next Day delivery and eventually arrived 3 days late and had to be left in a safe place after waiting around for 2 days for the delivery. Numerous phone calls to the office staff who continually advised it would be delivered on time. Was promised a refund of the Next Day delivery charge, but this has not yet been transpired. Once the order has been made and paid for they seemed to completely lose interest in how / if items are delivered and seem to have no relationship with the courier company they use. Terrible Customer Service and would not use this company again, recommend avoid”

“It works, though cannot pull down to less than +10 in our warm kitchen. Would do better in the cooler hallway. Not impressed by the cheapskate last minute "fiver off" offer; even less when it was balanced out by the last minute pricing of "next day delivery". 12 month guarantee no doubt genuine because it will cost you next to nothing when most of your sales will only be used for travel or emergencies. You could easily afford 24 months, even 60, and do yourselves a favour with a huge sales boost!”

“Looks okay, maybe would have ordered the all black one... Doesn't have three shelves, just the two racks and... A floor. I expected the temperature range to be lower 8* C is the lowest setting - although it has yet to achieve this. Hovering between 10* and 11* Recommended temp for white is 8-10 but champagne should be 5 to 8.... So that's going to be popped into an ice bucket before serving”

“The fridge has not worked from day I received it .I have sent email to report it but u to this day I have had no relply Alan Pendleton. The fridge was picked up by the fridge company 10 days ago upto and including Sunday 24.7.2016 I have had no reply. . 00000000”
