Thank you for your review regarding the iceQ 15 Litre Deluxe Portable Mini Fridge. As this fridge is designed to run at 30dB, may we suggest that you try and stand the fridge on another surface as certain surfaces can cause a vibration escalating any noise. “Delivery was exceedingly fast. I also contacted them because I I thought there was something wrong with the fridge. Turned out that low meant low chill rather than low temperature. Adjusted thermostat to high and all was well..”

“It arrived on schedule, in simple packing and in perfect condition. The fridge has slightly smaller outside dimensions than some of its competitors but still has a compressor which is why we selected it. It fits perfectly in the planned space and so far works very well. The door can be hinged from either side which is very useful.”

“I expected the fridge to be a new one, however it appears to have been returned to you by a lady from Blackpool who was not satisfied with it. Not only that but included in the reason for not wanting the fridge there were all her details, address, telephone number etc. In addition to this the plug was broken but I have replaced this myself.”

“Exceptional delivery time - I was worried I had made the wrong choice of fridge - I went for the 24 litre mini bar - as after I had ordered it I noticed it said it was not really suited to keeping perishable items. As I wanted to use it for milk in a B&B bedroom I hoped it would keep the milk fresh. It has - I have trialled it by keeping a small jug of milk in the fridge for 4 days now and it is still fresh so I am really pleased with this item. Thank you.”

“I ordered a fridge for over the Xmas. When it arrived the door was faulty. I got in touch straight away. I was asked to email pictures which I did. This was replied to with another question via email, which I replied again, which again was replied to by mini fridge with yet another email, each response taking over an hour from them (on Xmas eve when I needed to sort it fast or go buy another fridge). I responded again by asking them to call to discuss it as 4 hours had already passed an nothing had been done. Yet another hour passed and I called to sort it. They booked a collection but would not refund until item reached their depot, as it was Xmas this was a week later! They emailed to say they issued refund but as it was 2 days before New Years it might take time to show on my PayPal account. Another week later and I called Paypal, only to be told by PayPal dispute department no refund had been issued and PayPal would now contact them. PayPal has guaranteed my refund if minifridge still do not issue it. I ordered a mini fridge on 22/12/16 it's now the 4/1/17. still no refund for the faulty product they sent. I would never use them again or recommend anyone else to.”
