“Having never rented before, I was some what sceptical of the whole industry. However having dealt with Michael Tuck my opinion has changed. The people I dealt with ( Heather,James and Kirk) were friendly, professional and helped and guided through the various processes. Thus making my moving in smooth and stress free. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Michael Tuck to others.”

“Towards the end of last year, I needed a rental property within a short amount of time and with some specific requirements. Kurt made me feel at ease from the first visit to Michael Tucks, after weeks of visiting other lettings agents within the area with not much luck. He was friendly and very approachable. He was very understanding to the importance of my rental needs, helping and advising me where possible so that I could decide on the right rental property that would suit me well. I felt very reassured throughout the whole process and nothing was too much trouble for Kurt. The whole process from viewing the property to moving in was very speedy. Just how I needed it to be. Since being in the property, I have always felt like I am able to contact Kurt and he is quick to respond. I am very happy with the choice I made to use Michael Tucks as my letting agent. I highly recommend. I Love living where I am. Thanks to Kurt and his team.”

“We have had a very pleasant experience with Michael Tuck. If we have to mention anything for improvement, we'd like to enlighten staff to the challenge of coming back to the UK after 40years or being new to the country. One does not know the procedures with regards to renting. Explain it all at first inquiry.”

“We have just sold our property and received outstanding service and support from Michael Tuck Estate Agents. Our experience really emphasised the value of a good agent when selling a property, instead of fixed price online companies. We had what looked at the start like a very straightforward sale that, as it progressed, hit various challenges as we moved towards exchange. Matt & Tony at Michael Tuck worked so hard to chase up documentation, move things along, and keep us up to date with progress, and we are delighted that exchange has now taken place. Using Michael Tuck was money very well spent and if I'm ever selling a property in Gloucester again they will be my first call. Unhesitatingly recommended. Thank you Matt & Tony. Roger”

“Michael Tuck are fantastic, far and away the best estate agent we’ve encountered in our house moves. Matt Wasley is a superstar for the company. He accurately valued our home, then sold it quickly and found us our dream home. He’s always answered any query promptly, reassured us and chased for us – all with a smile. Special thanks also to Tony Sysum, together with Matt, they went above and beyond in progressing our sale and purchase to get us to exchange, being proactive when the solicitors’ were not. We don’t anticipate moving again for a long time, but I won’t bother calling anyone else next time, straight to Matt and his team. Matt and Tony – you are more than welcome to come round to tea and cake when we’ve moved in!”
