“Warren was recommended by a friend because he was really Good, I must say he was, very professional knew his stuff, great communication had numerous updates by email and calls, very helpful even delivered docs by hand, top marks! I also had lots of contact, calls, updates and emails From the quedgeley branch all brilliant, thanks def recommend your guys”

“Matt Wasley and the team were able to advise me of the bits to be spruced up prior to the property going on sale and when it did go on the market it was sold quickly and efficiently. During the sales process I was kept informed of the progress until the eventual completion.”

“After having my property up with purple brick for a year and only having two viewings Warren from Michael tucks was amazing. He pulled out all of the stops to get me viewings and even after the first sale fell through him and the Mt team found me another buyer in no time at all. The service has been impeccable with lots of updates along the way, and I truly felt like I was a priority. Thank you so much!”

“I was really impressed by the service received by Michale Tuck, and especially Miles, and also Warren. The initial contact was very professional, and it was clear for the outset that Miles his business in great detail, and was up to date with market trends. He was knowledgeable as to who the potential buyers would be, was able to predict their mindset and that reflected in the advice, pricing and final sale price achieved... with which I am delighted. I have sold 3 houses in the last decade, and this has been by far and away the best experience. Excellent.”

“I used Michael Tuck to let out 2 properties recently as a first time landlord. Everything went very smoothly and the whole experience was spot on. Kurt, Heather and James were my 3 contacts for different aspects of the letting process and each of them was very helpful, professional and responsive. They managed to get 2 great tenants in place in just a few weeks and gave me great advice and support throughout. I would have no hesitation in using them again and will definitely be recommending them given my experience in working with them. Thanks again!”
