“As a landlord I have used Michael Tuck for buying, selling and finding tenants over the past 10 years. I have always found them to be professional and friendly at the same time tailoring their service to my needs. I bought my first house through them over 10 years ago and Kurt has been finding suitable tenants ever since. A good all round team!”

“Miles at the Gloucester office was great at giving me a realistic price for my mother's flat (but not underpriced) and handled the negotiation well with the buyers. The flat sold within 2 weeks. When both sets of lawyers were being less than helpful and slow Miles intervened to get things going again and keeping me in the loop and nudging me to prod our solicitors. I would recommend Michael Tuck highly based on my experience.”

“I had a great experience in selling my property, during the valuation I made it clear that I wanted to get things moving quickly and my property was live on the website by lunchtime the following day. 10 minutes later I had my first viewing booked, quickly followed by a second, which resulted in a full asking price offer within 24 hours of going live. 11 weeks later and it’s completed! Charlie pitched the price perfectly, even though I was expecting lower, Chloe and Vicky kept me up to date and answered any questions I had promptly. An all round 5 star experience from a team I would highly recommend!”

“From first visit to office all staff were very helpful, professional and i felt confident with the advice i was give . In particular James kept in regular touch to let me know what was heppening and immediately sorted out any issues.”

“As we arrived we were pleased to find Ed waiting at the property for us. He was courteous & professional, with the ability to answer most questions we asked and if he didn't know, he advised us on where to get the answers. After leaving the first viewing we followed Ed to the 2nd viewing we had booked. Again, he was helpful & knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to have dealt with yourselves and we will be pleased to have further contact as and when needed. It is nice to deal with a company who both answers the phone and replies to emailed queries promptly.”

“We purchaser a property through the Abbeymead branch. All the staff were fantastic, as this was our first time in part of a chain the office team helped explain all the steps involved and any queries were passed along quickly to the buyers. We always received prompt replies to emails and the team were really flexible in accommodating viewings. Would definitely recommend for a vendor or purchaser.”

“I would have preferred to be billed for the service provided and a receipt given on payment, rather than the first months rent taken. It would be easier for me to account. I am having to wait another month for a statement, after paying for an itinerary. It is over complicating a simple transaction.”
