We have a department of ten people who all needed training for their Business Analysis qualifications. One of our department had prior experience of Metadata from a previous job. After we had sent our first delegates we were so pleased that we now don't use anyone else for BA training. My experience of metatdata has been extremely positive. I found the trainers to be very knowledgeable on their subject matter and extremely good teachers as well. They all had a wealth of real world experience as well as their academic credentials. They were also an extremely friendly bunch which I feel is very important as removing as much stress as possible is absolutely vital to a good learning environment. The BA training involves four classroom courses and then preparation for an interview conducted by the BCS. Metatdata were able to advise and guide each candidate through the most appropriate path for them and then provide mentoring towards the end. There were even evening dial-in sessions for the candidates preparing for the final test. They also encouraged people to feed back into them their experience after the exams so future candidates could benefit from the recent experience of those who had gone before them.. I would definitely advise anyone doing their BCS Business Analysis qualifications to talk to Metatdata, they have always done us proud.

I passed all my modules first time. The teaching was of a high standard. I particularly enjoyed the courses on foundation and business change and requirements engineering. I am a BA in an investment bank and I would highly recommend this diploma for any one looking to become a BA, is a BA or liases heavily with BA's.

I attended BA diploma course and I was referred to Metadata by a former student, so my choice was easy and most importantly secure. The training focuses on all aspects of subject learning but also the necessary technics to help candidates successfully go through the exams. The trainers are carefully chosen with enormous hands on experience and myriad examples from real cases. Metadata is a safe choice for your professional development and I would strongly recommend.

I chose Metadata as I was recommended by the existing BA's withing my work space. They all sung your priase for professionalism and the way the courses were ran so it was a non brainer for me to decide. I have only completed 3 of the 4 modules for the BCS Diploma in Business analysis but I am very happy with the the course content and the friendly nature of the tutors I have Met, plus this has helped my pass each module on the first sitting despite me not being a BA and having no actual BA experience in the working world. The smaller classes are the best bit of the training for me personally because it makes the whole experience a lot more personal and you have more time to feed from the knowledge of the tutor. The training has yet to change my career as its hard to get my foot in the door even as a junior BA but it has set my direction as to where I want my career to go and what goals I want to achieve. If other were looking at the same course then again it would be a no brainer for me to tell them to sign up and not look at any other provider, everything is covered, its simplistic appraoch means the content is retained far easier meaning greater success. Many Thanks Chris Jury

Great materials and teaching across all four courses that I have attended so far. All the teachers have extensive industry experience that they share throughout the course to contextualise the material.

I have now taken 3 BCS courses with Metadata and have thoroughly enjoyed each one. The tutors are people with real life business experience, which helps to put the learning outcomes into context. They are passionate and enthusiastic about the courses they teach, making it easy to engage in the course and successfully pass the examinations. The training centre facilities are good and I have always found class sizes to be just right.

Really enjoyed the Modelling Business Process Course. I liked the Course Materials because they are comprehensive. There are slides and exams and answers. All neatly bound in a folder. I liked the facilities. The location is central-ish, and easy to get to once youve been there. The rooms and amenities are excellent! Clean, warm, tea and coffee and biscuits without end. Excellent. The Delivery of the course was brilliant. Rod Simpson has an excellent delivery style, I trust his judgement and he exudes experience. Timeliness was superb. Facilitated us confidently through the material. I didnt feel ready to do the Exam on the same day becuse my exam technique is poor at the moment. So I need to practice once or twice.. The mock exam was excellent insight into what is expected and the time constraint. Maybe if the course was half-a-day longer / exam on third day. I might have done the exam.

The guys can't make the teaching of the courses they teach any easier than it already is(if it's possible to do so , they would probably try). Well set out manuals and a very good approach to difficult topics, by the time you have gone through their classes you'd come out feeling like a top notch BA. Courses taught at fees that are quite competitive, I would recommend them to everyone.Five star rating fully merited.

1. What convinced you to choose Metadata Training? * Competitive pricing, convenient location and offered the specific course I was after, which not a lot of other places did at the time. The course was "Agile Programme Management." 2. How did you find the training? * Excellent. Delivered in a nice environment by an expert. One of the best courses I have ever attended. 3. What were the best aspects of the training? * Despite being "classroom" based, the course didn't have too many people on it - which was great for being able to discuss and dive into specific topics. 4. How has the training changed your career? * I am leading a programme of agile change within a large travel organisation - I have now applied many of the principles and ideas I developed on the course, to the teams I am working with to great effect. 5. What would you say to others who are looking at the same course? * Go ahead and book it. Fantastic course led by a real expert.

I recently attended the 'Building Successful Stakeholder Relationships' evening workshop. I found it to be a really enjoyable evening. I had gone with the expectation that it would be quite a formal PowerPoint driven event, but this certainly wasn't the case! The chairs were all around the edge of the room to form a circle, and the evening was made up of several exercises in pairs and groups, and gave a really good opportunity not only to put some of the ideas into practice but also to meet and talk to other people at the event. There was a really relaxed atmosphere and I left with lots to think about.

Excellent courses. I have taken agile pm and ba. Well run, informative, no one failed. Excellent venues. You can also do courses over the weekend which meant I didn't have to use up work time. I've got a new job because of the courses. Thank you Ceri

Back in 2012, I was looking around to do a Business Analysis qualification and stumbled across Metadata Ltd through a Google search. Metadata offered the BCS Diploma for great value so I signed up; I was very pleased with the service, the quality of teaching, and the venues they booked at the time and even recommended a colleague at the time. Since then I haven't looked back and have taken several other courses, nor have Metadata. I really love the rebranding, their new office etc., Mike and the rest of the team, keep up the good work!

Metadata Training has received great reviews on Google Plus, has knowledgeable / experienced tutors & is a one-stop shop for training from a BA perspective. I have personally been on the BCS BA Diploma training & Agile DSDM BA courses and passed all my exams at the 1st sitting. This can be directly related to Metadata i.e. trainers, training environment, course material, support (e.g. oral exam prep sessions) & the input from course attendees. I am looking forward to enrolling in other courses in the future especially the TOGAF course. In terms of my career, the training that I have undertaken at Metadata has propelled my career in the sense that I have been recruited into a new role as a Business Analyst for an IT Consulting firm and have been involved in some interesting assignments / projects. I would therefore advise any BA to look at booking themselves on the BCS BA Diploma & the Agile BA courses - as there is a tremendous amount one can learn from going on these courses but also you are self-assured that you have received the right foundation to build upon.

I did Business Analysis Practice with Metadata recently. I found the facilitator Nick Devoil very engaging and he delivered the training using lots of examples to explain concepts and techniques. I rated their training five star not only because I passes the examination comfortably, but also due to its practical applications and day -to-day usefulness at work. I highly recommend them.

I have been to several courses with Metadata Training and every one has been fun as well as educational. Mike and his team are very welcoming, and the trainers themselves are hugely experienced practitioners in the subjects they teach - this means you gain valuable industry insight, as well as knowledge from the course itself. As a contractor, the weekend courses are very valuable, and they work well. Although it is often undertaking a 5 days course over 2 weekends, it doesn't feel pressured or overwhelming, and every exam has resulted in a comfortable pass. There are also evening sessions (seminars or short courses); these have been very interesting as they can focus on a very specific subject, and provides the opportunity to chat further after over a glass of wine. The only question you have after being with Metadata, is what course to do next!

Dear Lawrie, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are very pleased to hear that you enjoyed the training and our evening sessions. Our weekend courses are indeed a good option for people who don't want to or can't take time off work making sure delegates finish the diploma even if their work schedule changes. You are quite right about our evening sessions, they are more specific on a topic

I choose Metadata Training as I did my BCS Diploma in Business Analysis this year with them and I found them to be a great company with excellent trainers. The training for the Building Successful Stakeholder Relationships evening workshop was very good, enjoyable and very informative and interactive. The 2 trainers where excellent at facilitating the large group of attendees and it was a good mix between learning and group and partner exercises. The best aspect was the partner work as we really got to practice the new communication tools that we were thought throughout the workshop. As an experienced business analyst It has helped my career as I have a larger tool in my toolset of communication skills to use when dealing with difficult stakeholders and getting high buy in and high understanding for requirements elicitation, requirement prioritisation and stakeholder management. I would let my colleagues and friends know that this is a great course that helps you build great relationships with stakeholders and helps you understand there point of view better and helps you create a strong rapport with them.
