“I took the BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis course with metadata training, except for one of the certificates (Requirements Engineering). My three tutors (Nick de Voil, Imtiaz Kaderbhoy and Rod Simpson) were all very knowledgeable and they all presented the material really well. Great customer service from Len Gold too. Since I took the Diploma over an extended period (July 2019 to January 2024) I especially valued Rod's support during the one day oral preparation session and during the evening mock oral sessions. The recordings of these over the last few years and the transcripts of other mock interviews are a great resource. I would recommend metadata training to anyone wishing to obtain the Diploma or individual Certificates.”

“Great course with very supportive tutors. Provided extensive guidance on passing all the modules. The preparation sessions for the Oral Exam were a huge help and the team provided tonnes of resource in order to give us the best chance possible at passing.”

“I enjoyed the BA Diploma course. It was challenging at first but my tutor Rod Simpson explained concepts in a simple way to get through the course and exams. I am especially grateful to Len Gold for his great customer service - he was patient and understanding - also put me at ease before taking my exams. I would recommend Metadata to my colleagues. “A superb day spent with Rod preparing for the BA Diploma interview. Rod was evidently knowledgeable about the subject and managed to cover a lot of material without the day being overwhelming. There were lots of practical hints and tips to support the academic study. I will certainly be using Metadata again 😊”

“Metadata Training have been invaluable in my Business Analysis journey and achieving my BCS Diploma. From enquiring about the course, through to booking and completing the modules & exams I have felt supported. The facilitators run excellent sessions with plenty of material to refer back to, to help with revision or on-the-job reminders. “I did most of my BSC certificates with Metadata in classroom over an extended period of years, fitting around my work. Always found it a good experience with seasoned trainers with a background in Practice as BA's. I recently completed my BCS diploma and had a great online experience with a very interactive remote Oral prep training day and benefited from numerous coaching sessions. The learning resources provided where excellent and I got extra guidance to get me up to date on the newer revisions of the certificate Syllabi, not just the oral. Metadata training is unconsciously the first place I look for a course running. I think that says a lot.”

“I undertook the BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis in parallel with completing the L4 IS Apprenticeship in Business Analysis. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Excellent trainers who took the time to teach and explain course material and to answer questions and queries. The office were incredible with accomodating changes to my training schedule and answering questions as and where they arose. I have no hesitation in recommending Metadata Training to anyone who is interested in undertaking an apprenticeship or the BCS Int. Diploma in Business Analysis.”

“Having decided to pursue the BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis, the large number of positive reviews led me to study with Metadata. I have been impressed with them through every communication and found that their tutors, particularly Rod, were knowledgeable and helped to explain the course materials. On the one occasion that I raised constructive feedback, I found that Metadata were quick to react to understand and address the situation. In my opinion, the support provided around the oral exam went above and beyond what I expected from a training provider and I felt that they made every effort to prepare me for the exam. I would not hesitate to recommend Metadata to anyone studying this course - in fact, I recommended that colleagues transferred to Metadata following some poor experiences with another well-known course provider and they have since passed exams they had previously failed.”

“I completed a BA Foundation training with Metadata and found the whole process to be very straightforward and clear. The training (3 days, instructor-led) was definitely worth doing, especially to clarify on topics I was not 100% clear on. I was also sent the course book within a few days from booking the course, which was great. The trainer (Rod) was super clear and relatable, and made sure that the content was relevant and made sense to us. He never read directly from powerpoint presentations and the group was kept small. Booking the exam was very simple, too. All in all, I would recommend.”

“Metadata was with me for the long haul for the BCS BA credential. I did a few courses, took a break and had a baby, then came back having forgotten everything and the version number had changed. Mak, a star, was incredibly patient with me and all my questions, and Rod, my primary course leader, knows how to make this all understandable . The review sessions were especially helpful along with all the assets they provide ahead of the oral exam. Whoever drew that mindmap also deserves a massive thanks!”

“After looking at a list of training providers on the BCS website, my research led me to choose Metadata Training as they have specialist Trainers, excellent reviews and customer care, providing great value for money. From my initial contact, nothing was too much trouble for them and my questions were answered quickly in a friendly, helpful manner. The courses I took were Foundation in Business Analysis, Business Analysis Practice, Requirements Engineering and Modelling Business Processes. I recently completed the BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis, which culminated in an oral exam. I was supported throughout by Metadata Training with a special day dedicated to preparing for this. Metadata offer a range of training dates and the size of the classes are small compared to other providers, which is more conducive to learning. I also took BCS Foundation in User Experience course with Nick de Voil, which I highly recommend. Nick has written a brilliant book on this subject ‘User Experience Foundations’. I am so pleased that I studied through Metadata Training and would highly recommend anyone considering these courses to do so too as you will be in safe hands. All along I felt Metadata Training cared and wanted the best outcome for me, which through them, I was pleased to achieve. Thank you, especially to Mak, Mike, Nick and Rod and the rest of your amazing team.”

“I took the BCS Modelling Business Processes course with Metadata Training. I had a fantastic experience with them, from booking the course through to sitting the exam and after sales support. Fantastic trainer and customer support. Highly recommend. I have used a large, well known training provider with 'Knowledge' in their name for other courses in the past, and Metadata Training are so much better in every way. I wish I'd found them sooner.”

“Amazing service by Mak and the team. Always there to help assist you. Very responsive and always accommodating. The courses were very useful and helped a lot to learn the key tools and techniques required for the exams. Metadata also offered Oral Practice Exams around once a month which were instrumental to my learning. All in all. very positive experience.”

“I got to join the Requirements Engineering training with Dawn as part of a development program at the company I work for. It was a pleasure to go through such a highly organized course and its materials. There were emails to point you to the right direction from start to beginning, the slides were of high quality and there was a review miro board session videotaped and shared with us. It has been fun to learn from Dawn and to do loads of practical exercises within the classes. I fully recommend Metadata training and wish them and their customers loads of success.”
