From excellent Customer service (every engagement with Mak Puiwah was amazing), to wonderful and friendly Training sessions (with great and experienced Trainers), i have enjoyed all my sessions from BAP, BPM, RE, Foundation in BA and eventually Oral Interview Prep. I will recommend Metadata to anyone who is out to get Value from any Business Analysis and related trainings. METADATA is the BEST.”

“I've completed the BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis courses with Metadata Training. A huge thank you to all the tutors—they are incredibly nice and knowledgeable. They delivered the course in an effective and interactive manner and were very supportive in helping with the exams. They also provided plenty of learning materials, which are extremely useful not only for the exam but also for applying the knowledge to my daily work. I highly recommend this course to anyone aspiring to become a Business Analyst.”

“I have prepared for three out of four BCS BA Diploma modules with Metadata and couldn't be happier. The tutors are great at passing the knowledge to students. I completed the written exams a few years ago now but decided to go for the oral exam and final certification - the prep sessions and all the materials provided by Rod were an immense help and made me feel comfortable with the material despite a massive time gap in my studies.”

“Rod and Imtiaz were absolute Legends (especially Rod for taking those extra monthly evening classes to help prep for the Oral exam). Overall, it was great to find more techniques and tools and best practices rather than "how to pass an exam", which is what I need for my role(s). I started recommending Metadata to all my colleagues after the first course and all have started using them :-)”

“I've taken the BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis course with metadata training over the past year or so. All of the tutors were great over the duration who ran effective training courses to share their knowledge. The course material on moodle was great for getting exam ready too. Particular credit to the trainer Rod Simpson for running a monthly additional course in the evening to help everyone get ready for the final oral exam. I have recommended metadata with my colleagues and will continue to do so going forwards.”

“I took the BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis course with metadata training, except for one of the certificates (Requirements Engineering). My three tutors (Nick de Voil, Imtiaz Kaderbhoy and Rod Simpson) were all very knowledgeable and they all presented the material really well. Great customer service from Len Gold too. Since I took the Diploma over an extended period (July 2019 to January 2024) I especially valued Rod's support during the one day oral preparation session and during the evening mock oral sessions. The recordings of these over the last few years and the transcripts of other mock interviews are a great resource. I would recommend metadata training to anyone wishing to obtain the Diploma or individual Certificates.”

“A superb day spent with Rod preparing for the BA Diploma interview. Rod was evidently knowledgeable about the subject and managed to cover a lot of material without the day being overwhelming. “I did most of my BSC certificates with Metadata in classroom over an extended period of years, fitting around my work. Always found it a good experience with seasoned trainers with a background in Practice as BA's. I recently completed my BCS diploma and had a great online experience with a very interactive remote Oral prep training day and benefited from numerous coaching sessions. The learning resources provided where excellent and I got extra guidance to get me up to date on the newer revisions of the certificate Syllabi, not just the oral. Metadata training is unconsciously the first place I look for a course running. I think that says a lot.”
