“I called Metadata to enquire about their ISEB BA Diploma package. Mike was very supportive and informative, giving me lots of advice and information should i choose to proceed, which i did. Each of the lecturers i encountered were very polite, professional in their conduct and thoroughly knowledgeable. I'm very glad i called metadata first, i didn't call anyone else afterwards. The lecturers were on hand to answer any questions i had, which was an added bonus. Would i recommend Metadata? I have, and continue to do so.”

“I booked my Requirements Engineering course with Metadata, mainly as they offered intensive weekend courses (which suits me as I work as a contractor). However, the level of care, organisation and professionalism impressed me and being able to sit the exam shortly after my intensive training also met my needs. Thanks to the concise pre-course material and the quality of tutoring during the course, I am pleased to say I passed first time. “Quality Hardcopy Materials Quality Class location Efficient and well deployed Online, tutor-led class and back up question bank! Last but not least, affable tutors Rod Simpson, and David Harris!! Really happy with the way my Course bundle was put together - thank you Mike Goodland. “I attended the courses for the BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis. The tutors were very good and explained the subject matter well. The classrooms were well lit, comfortable, clean and had floor to ceiling foldable whiteboard walls, making group activities and collaboration easier. The course notes had relevant content and example questions to allow a better understanding of the subject and were good preparation for the exam. The weekend courses were convenient as it did not interfere with the working week. Possible areas for improvements would include a wider selection of food for lunch (the classroom location has 2 main eating places within easy walking distance). This point however does not detract from the fact that the courses themselves and the staff have been excellent which in turn creates a positive atmosphere for learning and success. The oral exam preparation session and the after-class conference calls were very useful for getting a broader understanding of business analysis as a whole and (for me) an essential part of my success in the BCS Oral Exam.”

“Due to time constraints and location, it was difficult to choose a convenient time. The support staff went over and beyond to ensure I got the most suitable course for my circumstances and also ensured they worked around my availability. They were kind enough to also give suggestions for accommodation nearby.”

“I went to Metadata to do a course in AgilePM and absolutely loved the environment. So when I found the BCS Business Analysis bundle, I did not hesitate to take the offer. I would say that the best thing about the course was the faculty members at Metadata. All of them were practicing BA themselves and they would go extra mile to answer any question you might have. That really worked for me as I was coming from a non-BA background. I am also very grateful to the staffs who were very amicable and helpful. I would strongly recommend Metadata and would come back again in the future myself.”

“I attended a Fast Track Business Analysis course at Metadata earlier in 2016, successfully passed both of the associated modules and enjoyed the experience to boot. The training was based on the BCS syllabus but there were plenty of real life scenarios and experiences from the lecturers to help relate the theory to practice. The Agile Space is a very apt name too - definitely not your standard classroom. I've since attended a Stakeholder Relationships workshop and am planning to return again to complete the BCS diploma. I'd highly recommend Metadata to anyone looking to study any of the BCS BA modules.”

“1. What convinced you to choose Metadata Training? The booking staff were very responsive to my queries when booking the course. Metadata had a very flexible approach to the timing of the sessions and the exam schedule so that it could fit around my needs 2. How did you find the training? Stimulating, exhilarating and very effective. The instructor was very knowledgeable and structured the sessions very well. Clearly laid out manuals and practical examples. 3. What were the best aspects of the training? Small friendly groups of like minded individuals from a variety of backgrounds. “If you think that the "User Experience for Business Analysts" course is just about how to create lovely web pages, then you are in for a big surprise! In fact, it is an introduction to a fascinating area of how people interact with machines, and puts another set of valuable tools into the Business Analyst's toolkit. The course is given by an expert in the area of UX, and comes with a huge list of references. I enjoyed the course immensely, and I hope to eventually take the new BCS Foundation Certificate in UX exam with the help of what I learned.”

“Metadata Training Ltd is a great training provider. The facilities are excellent, the trainers are highly experienced & are great at articulating / going through the course material. Personally, I have been on a number of training courses, which are: BCS International Diploma Agile BA (Foundation) Agile BA (Practitioner) All the courses, I have been on - I have passed the exam at the first time of sitting. “I thoroughly enjoyed the whole diploma bundle. I was doing hybrid role (PM/BA) and wanted to know more about business analysis tools and techniques and the Metadata training was exactly what I was looking for. Tutors were very experienced and supportive and the class size was just perfect where we could learn from each other as well. We had lot of option for lunches as well and it was delicious ! All the admin staff was great ,very responsive and supportive. I had to reschedule my course and I was able to do without any hassle unlike other training provider. Thank you again for everything and I look forward to do more training with you.”
