“Cake great but delivery was delayed and missed my guests. ☹️ The cake is moist and very tast. Ordering was fine but the delivery date slipped by two days and therefore missed the celebration day itself and my guests.”

Hi Michelle Thanks so much for taking the time to post a review. I'm so sorry that delivery took longer than expected via Royal Mail. Regretfully the Named Day Courier service is not an option due to geographical location of delivery. I'm sorry the iced fruit cake missed your guests. “I telephoned before I ordered my celebration cake just to check if the cake could be delivered on time for my Big 0 Birthday party on Sunday 6 July. Thankfully the lovely lady that I spoke to, confirmed that this would be the case. The cake arrived on the Friday & was well packaged & delivered safely. The cake was cut on Sunday & for those of us who prefer a gorgeous fruit cake, everyone commented on how lovely the cake was. Which was all the confirmation I needed. So just to say a Big Thank You to The Team for a delicious Celebration Rich Fruit Cake.”
