“I confess that I hadnt realised the weight of the cake was 2kg and plus the tin, it is a little heavier than I had anticipated considering I am taking it with me as a present for friends in NYC but at least I have luggage capacity and I think this wil be a perfect gift for my hosts. Perhaps next year you will do 1kg cakes??”

“Glorious chocolate cake. I've never had one with chocolate chips in before. It was very moist, and full of chocolate. We all enjoyed it.”
