“I sent some "Mini Megs" as a birthday present, and they arrived on time and were very gratefully received! I've been told they were delicious, which I may have to verify for myself at some point.... I've used Meg Rivers before - last time there was a slight delivery hiccup (which was absolutely not the fault of the bakery at all, just a delivery driver obviously keen to get home), and they went above and beyond to make sure that the cake got there in time for my son's birthday so I was very happy to use them again. Mistakes happen, but it's how they're fixed that gives you the measure of a company and I was so impressed that I am happy to be a repeat customer and can highly recommend Meg Rivers Artisan Bakery! Thanks to the whole team for all their hard work :)”

“The cake I ordered was for the 75th birthday celebration of a very dear friend. Coffee and Walnut is her favourite cake and her reaction to it was "It tasted wonderful". She was thrilled to receive it and her friends were thrilled to help her eat it.”

“All cakes arrived very well packaged and excellent condition the fruit layer was absolutely gorgeous plus the sponge layer my only complaint was the sponge layer seemed to have a very strong lemon flavour which my so ( who was the groom ) was not a fan of otherwise all cakes were excellent and arrived on the date specified, I would recommend Meg rivers ,I can't speak highly enough.”

“I bought a selection of cakes instead of flowers, for a friend who had had an accident. She was delighted with the presentation and the taste was first class. The whole process of ordering was simple and the customer service excellent, particularly when rectifying a small mistake I made. Would have no hesitation placing further orders.”
