“Cake was delivered on time in perfect condition. It tastes just like an "old fashioned" wedding cake and is delicious and moist and very 'more ish'. Husband very pleased with his birthday cake. Well done to all the bakers and everyone else involved.”

“The cakes were delicious but initial delivery came with one cake damaged by careless couriers, Meg Rivers put this right by delivering a replacement but this was a worry we could have done without. There were no clear instructions for assembly of the cakes or for how to attach the self-assembly sugar roses.”

“Excellent products that the recipient appreciated but I was disappointed that I didn't get a response to my email. As soon as I placed the order I realised I'd out the wrong delivery address, there was no way to change this once I'd placed the order so I emailed to explain the issue amd ask if the address could be changed. I understand that this may not have been possible but I did not receive any response at all which was disappointing.”

Dear Kate, I have searched all our emails and the junk folder and cannot find anything from your email address. We would have happily changed the delivery address had we known. You can always call us on 01608 682858 should you not receive a "we have your email and will reply soon" notification. Kindest wishes, Customer Care
