“Tin lovely and cakes really nice, sadly though a bit dry and ginger one was very overpowering. However, husband also ordered Christmas cake, shortbread biscuits and mince pies and these were absolutely outstanding. Shortbread was melt in the mouth, best ever and mince pies beautiful and cake lovely. Would order again, as understand very busy time of year.”

“Delivered very quickly even though it was very close to Christmas. Had intended to offer it to our guests on Boxing Day, but the fruit cake was so delicious we ate it all ourselves before Christmas Day.”

“Our Christmas cake was delivered on time and beautifully packaged. The cake itself is absolutely delicious, first cake I’ve ever bought as usually bake my own. Nearly didn’t order as thought we wouldn’t miss having a Christmas cake for one year, so glad I changed my mind. Thank you”

“We have the limited edition Christmas cake, shortbread and mince pies every year. They consistently look and taste superb. They are delivered on time and well packaged in lovely boxes. DPD let us down this year by not knocking or ringing the bell and left the box on the doorstep in the rain on a wet mat but don’t let that put you off!! That’s not the fault of Meg rivers although it does need looking into! I was home fortunately and spotted the email saying ‘left on doorstep’! I still recommend Meg rivers.”
